My current research interest is developing RepoLeaf.com, a web browser-based , cloud-based integrated software engineering environment which supports most programming languages. I work full-time and am the lead C programmer for the New Jersey Medicaid system and provide support for the Louisiana Medicaid system. I've worked on other Medicaid systems as a Unix Administrator, Oracle and SQL Server DBA, disaster recovery, and other tasks. I am the founder of +1 Software Engineering LLC (plus1se.com). +1 supports four websites: plus1se.com, OpenHouseOn.com, TodayWeBuy.com and RepoLeaf.com. +1Copybook supports converting COBOL copybooks into CREATE TABLE and other scripts and can convert EBCDIC to ASCII data to load DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata databases. Previous clients include Bank of the West, Wells Fargo Bank, BSI Financial, and other S&P 500 companies. OpenHouseOn.com is a real estate marketing site written in PHP/JavaScript using MySQL and integrates Google Maps, RSS feeds, and PayPal. TodayWeBuy.com is a social media site for home buyers and sellers. I applied for three U.S. Patents and was awarded two: U.S. 7,290,826 for Traffic Collision Cover in 2007 and U.S. 9,076,184 Method and Apparatus for Enhancing Open House Video Tours for Real Estate Properties in 2015. In 2014, filed US20150262317A1 application for Method and Apparatus for Temporal-based Shows for Real Estate Properties. I was Vice Chair of the OSINET Technical Committee and co-wrote the OSI FTAM Interoperability Tests (NIST 4435) used by the NIST OSI/GOSIP standard. In C, I wrote the performance monitoring module for a SNMP Network Management Manager. This was an industry first as we demonstrated how an SNMP manager could monitor network activity and read and write SNMP MIB-1 networking data attributes stored on muliti-vendor routers. If you're interested in starting your own business, I'm more than happy to explain the process and how to minimize costs. I look forward to being your instructor! |
